With a proven track record of service and a wealth of experience in both municipal governance and finance, Teresa brings a unique blend of local perspective and professional expertise to her campaign.
A resident of downtown Wimberley, Teresa has been an active member of the community for many years. She served on the Wimberley City Council for four years, where she demonstrated a commitment to responsible governance and effective leadership. Prior to her tenure on the City Council, Teresa contributed her insights and dedication to the Wimberley Planning and Zoning Commission, where she played a crucial role in shaping the community's growth and development.
Teresa Shell's professional background is anchored in investment banking finance, with a specific focus on commercial real estate. Her extensive experience in this field equips her with the financial acumen needed to make informed decisions that will benefit Hays County and its residents. Teresa's commitment to fiscal responsibility and economic development will be instrumental in addressing the challenges and opportunities facing Precinct Three.
Teresa and her husband proudly call downtown Wimberley home. As devoted parents of three grown children and soon-to-be grandparents of seven grandchildren, Teresa understands the importance of preserving and enhancing the quality of life for current and future generations in Hays County.
